Job Description:

1, responsible for the performance test of various motors, including the measurement of motor parameters, such as speed, slip, current, voltage, etc., and record the test results;

2, responsible for the motor function test, including starting, running, stopping and other tests, to confirm that the motor can work normally according to the requirements;

3. Responsible for maintaining and calibrating test equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results;

4. Assist other team members to complete the work and ensure the progress of the project.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for motor performance test and function test; Responsible for the processing of feedback information in the test work

- Measure the parameters of the motor, such as speed, slip, current, voltage, etc., and record the test results;

- Perform functional testing of the motor, including starting, running, stopping, etc., to confirm that the motor can work normally according to the requirements;

- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results;

- Assist other team members to complete the work and ensure the project progress;

-Write test report, record the test process and results for later reference of the project;

- Comply with the company's rules and regulations to ensure that the test work is carried out within the prescribed scope;

- Participate in the technical communication and sharing of the team, and constantly improve their skills;

- Complete other testing work, such as commissioning third-party testing, etc.

Job requirements:

1, mechatronics, electrical control and other related majors, more than 3 years of motor testing equipment operation experience; Mechanical and electrical related major

2, familiar with the use of various motor testing instrument equipment and can complete the daily maintenance of the test equipment

3, understand the application of controller/inverter, controller/inverter operation related work experience; Motor test can be completed according to technical requirements

4, electrician license, motor industry priority, honest and trustworthy, proactive

5, take the initiative to coordinate and assist in solving production line anomalies and production failures;

6, good working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, willing to accept challenges

1, familiar with the project management process and methods, have a certain technical foundation of motor products, can carry out simple technical docking with customers;

2. Capable of project planning, team management, schedule control and problem solving;

3. Understand the company's strategic objectives, have the ability of project demand analysis, budgeting, cost control and resource allocation;

4. Understand customer needs, understand customer needs, connect customers with internal communication, track project development, closed-loop project management;
